The project of artist Jason de Caires Taylor, whose workshop was here while he was creating the sculptures in Marina Rubicon, aims to create a large artificial reef formed by a set of sculptures made of concrete. Since the first figures were placed last January, marine biomass is being increased and the species of the island are being reproduced.
The sculptures are located about 12 meters deep and cover an area of 2,500 square meters. It is an accessible place for divers and can be visited Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (November to April) and from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (May to October), with departure from Marina Rubicon.
